Byelex is a longstanding supplier of a range of bespoke products for its clients as well as an array of standard products in the field of artificial intelligence, document management, data and print access and Sales and Marketing support. To be able to position these standard products more broadly in the market it has now been decided to establish Byelex Sales BV with four shareholders. Byelex Sales has acquired the exclusive sales rights of all standard products that have been or are being developed by Byelex Multimedia Products BV.

Byelex Sales BV will focus on the following four product groups:

  • EQS
  • DPC (Distribution Partner Concepts)
  • Datastat/Printerstat
  • Advisor

The CEO of the new enterprise is Dick Berkelder, who has made his mark at KPN Telecom among others, where he was responsible for the entire Partner Sales.

CTO of the company is Herman Vissia, already with Byelex Multimedia Products BV for ten years and responsible for steering product development.

Commissioners of the company are Carel Kouwenhoven and Paul Smits, who through their extensive network of relations will contribute to the promotion of the various solutions marketed by Byelex.
