Byelex Multimedia Products BV and CatLogic BV, a well known logistics software builder from Rotterdam have established a new Joint Venture with the name CatFish Solutions BV.

Byelex and Catlogic have agreed to bundle a set of software solutions into one company under the name Catfish Solutions BV. Via the Joint Venture the specific product lines will have a better opportunity to serve their respective market segments. Byelex will transfer its award winning product EQS into this venture, together with the Oracle based ERP system for Social Workshops, whereas Catlogic transfers its solutions for Warehousing, rental and leasing to CatFish Solutions BV

As a Managing Director, Edwin van der Hooft has been appointed, who has a 15 year long experience in quality logistics and software solutions in warehousing and transport.
